Daniel Sengstag has more than 20 years of experience in corporate/divisional management in multinational as well as smaller companies. He began his career as a design engineer, later as a software developer for technical applications, and then moved into consulting and project management.

This was followed by various management positions as business unit manager for services, up to sales manager and CEO / country manager at Siemens Industry Software. He then moved to Dassault Systèmes, active in PLM and CAx, as EMEA Sales Director and Country Manager.

Also self-employment in executive search and management consulting, as well as further positions as Country Sales Manager at Ansys (area simulation and digital twins) and Sales Manager for Manufacturing at Pegasystems (area digital business transformation / automation (BPM) and CRM) are part of his professional experiences.

Daniel Sengstag completed courses of study as a mechanical engineer and has also supplemented his education with a Bachelor of Business Administration an Executive Master of Business Administration.
